Almost Famous

Have you ever wondered what people really think about you? You know do you REALLY know what you look like? You never actually get to see your own face in 3-D. Well, yesterday Asher was wanting a snack out of the cabinet when he came across a box of raisins. He pointed to the package, and said "Ma-Ma". I want to laugh now just thinking about it. He thinks the Sun-Maid Raisin Lady is his mother! The entire time he was eating his snack he walked around pointing at the big haired, big bonnet woman calling her Mama! I asked him one time "where's momma", and he pointed to her picture again! Cracks me up! My baby thinks I'm famous!

Busting at the Seams!

Saturday while in Eupora we had Asher's 2 year old pictures made (I know it's a month early) by Kim Kelley. She is an incredible photographer that Mark and his sister went to high school with. I have been admiring her work for a while now. She does my sister-in-law's kids. Anyway, I was thrilled to finally get her booked. She was on maternity leave last year for Asher's first birthday.
Kim said that the proofs would be ready in 7-10 days. I'm really anxious to see them, and she put a little sneak peak on her blog today. I promise my child is precious!...she's great at what she does too! Check out this sole picture that has me in suspense of what else is to come. The picture under "For Me" is my angel:)

Happy Anniversary!

Today my handsome husband and I have been married for three wonderful years. We've been through a lot in that time, and he's been my rock through more than most know.
This weekend Asher stayed with his Gran and Granddaddy while we spent the night in Philadelphia, MS which is only about an hour from them. We ate at one of the fine dining restaurants, and got a great room. We don't even like gambling that much, but we gave ole Lady Luck a shot. We actually won a little! Overall the weekend was fantastic! I have to say I was ready to see my baby though:) So...thanks Mark for a great time and a great life together. I love you more than I can express!!!
